Install Ever Accountable on Android

  1. Open Google Play Protect Settings
    1. Open the Google Play Store app.
    2. Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).
    3. Select Play Protect → Settings (gear icon in the top-right).
  2. Disable Play Protect Scanning
    1. Toggle off “Scan apps with Play Protect.”
    2. If prompted, confirm by tapping Turn off.
  3. Install Your Sideloaded App
    1. Download or move your APK to your device.
    2. Open the APK file and allow installation from unknown sources if prompted.
    3. Complete the installation.

After installing your app, you can re-enable Play Protect by following the same steps and turning the scanning back on for security reasons.
